I'm thrilled to be teaching at Camp Stitches Idaho, October 12-16 this year! What a wonderful place to gather and learn to make your own hand stitched, comfortable, beautiful clothing. This workshop is like no other: 15 hours of at-your-own-pace, relaxed, yet intensive learning. You'll start with 100% organic cotton jersey fabric; choose one of five garments to cut out; and stencil a pattern onto your fabric and sewing sampler. You'll learn about the physics of sewing, stitches, techniques, construction,and the tips and tricks of hand sewing. You'll also make a small stencil.
